1. Who we are

huluLink ("we", "us") is a link-in-bio platform that lets creators build a public profile page, collect contacts, and sell digital products. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: your name, email address, username, and password (stored hashed). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.
• Page content: the links, text, images, and products you add to your public page.
• Visitor analytics: when someone visits a public page we record the page viewed, link clicked, referrer, country, and device type. We do not store visitor names, emails, or precise locations.
• Contacts:emails submitted by visitors through a creator's email-capture form are stored on behalf of that creator.
• Purchase data: buyer email and order details for digital product purchases. Card details are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers.

3. How we use data

We use your data to operate the service: rendering your page, showing you analytics, delivering purchased files, and sending transactional emails (receipts, account notices). We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

• Vercel for application hosting
• Resend for transactional email
• Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection on sign-up and login

5. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Data retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. To delete your account and all associated data, email us at [email protected] and we will process the request within 30 days.
