Terms of Service

1. The service

huluLink lets you create a public profile page, share links, collect contacts, and sell digital products. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old. Usernames are first-come, first-served; we may reclaim usernames that are inactive, impersonate others, or infringe trademarks.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use huluLink to:

• publish illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content
• distribute malware or run phishing pages
• infringe intellectual property rights
• harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• send spam or scrape the platform

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Selling and payments

Payments are processed by Stripe under their terms. You are responsible for the products you sell, including their delivery, quality, refunds, and any applicable taxes. We are not a party to transactions between you and your buyers.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you publish. You grant us a license to host, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate the service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
